What’s the cost to attend?

Ivalua NOW is a complimentary conference. No matter where you are in your procurement journey, we welcome all procurement and supply chain professionals to join us in hearing best practices, industry trends, and the opportunity to network with your industry peers.  

What’s the conference dress code?

Business Casual - Professional, but less formal than business wear.

What’s the dress code for the Closing Party at Mardi Gras World?

Smart Casual - Professional, but a little relaxed.

Will transportation be provided for the Closing Party?

Yes, roundtrip transportation will be provided for all guests staying at The Virgin Hotel & and The Hyatt Regency. 

When do I need to register by?

In-person registration will close on Friday, May 16, 2025. Virtual registrations will close Wednesday, May 22, 2025 at 8:00 AM ET. 

If I can no longer attend, do I need to cancel my registration?

Please email us at ivaluanow-usa@ivalua.com. One of our team members will assist you.

Is the conference venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, both Caesars Superdome and Mardi Gras World are wheelchair accessible.

Can I schedule meetings with Ivalua executives onsite? 

Yes, please reach out to Aurelie Teyssier, ate@ivalua.com for meeting arrangements. 

Where can I see conference updates throughout the event?

All registrants can follow along through the Bizzabo conference app or you can follow us on social through our #IvaluaNOW hashtag. 

Can I bring a guest to the evening events?

Ivalua NOW conference badges are required for all events on May 21 & 22. Guests are not permitted due to venue capacity restraints.
